As the founder of HCCS, Flora Chunga brings a personal and passionate commitment to this cause. Her journey from overcoming significant challenges to becoming a leader in the hospitality sector has fueled her determination to support others, especially youth and women, who face similar obstacles. Flora’s vision is to create opportunities that enable women and youth to rise above their circumstances, equipping them with the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

Through this partnership, HCCS and AWEC will deliver targeted programs that provide women with essential training in hospitality, business management, leadership and entrepreneurship.
