HCCS Partners with AWEC to Empower Women in Marginalized Communities

Hospitality Connect Consulting Services (HCCS) is proud to announce its partnership with the African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperatives (AWEC) in a groundbreaking Community Championship initiative aimed at uplifting and empowering women and youth in marginalized communities. This collaboration aligns with HCCS's core mission of fostering economic independence and social change through education and entrepreneurship.

As the founder of HCCS, Flora Chunga brings a personal and passionate commitment to this cause. Her journey from overcoming significant challenges to becoming a leader in the hospitality sector has fueled her determination to support others, especially youth and women, who face similar obstacles. Flora’s vision is to create opportunities that enable women and youth to rise above their circumstances, equipping them with the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

Through this partnership, HCCS and AWEC will deliver targeted programs that provide women with essential training in hospitality, business management, leadership and entrepreneurship. These initiatives are designed to build sustainable livelihoods and empower women and youth to become agents of change in their communities.

The Community Championship represents a significant step forward in HCCS’s ongoing efforts to create meaningful impact. By working together with AWEC, HCCS is not only helping women and youth develop professional skills but also fostering a sense of community, resilience, and empowerment among participants

This collaboration is a testament to the power of partnership in driving social and economic transformation, and HCCS is excited to continue this journey of empowering women across Malawi.
